	- Using Text Catalog Tools - 3 easy steps for document-wide text replacement:

	Open up your flash document and bring up the Text Catalog Tools panel by going to Window->Other Panels->Text Catalog Tools in flash. The panel comes up...

	Choose 'Build Catalog...' and specifiy a place to save the file on your machine. The extension scours your flash document for all its text. The text catalog is saved as an 'xliff' xml file.

	Packaged with the Text Catalog Tools extension is an Add-in for Microsoft Excel® that lets you edit the generated text catalog by placing the localized or translated text in a row next to the original text. There is also an online version, which is a simple browser based xliff editor built in flash. Of course, both flash and Excel® are Unicode enabled, so all current character sets are allowed.


	Go back to your flash document and open the Text Catalog Tools panel as in step 1. This time choose 'Replace Text'. Choose the xliff file you have edited as the file to use. The tool will go back through your flash document replacing all the text you have specified with translated or substituted text. You're done!
